If you feel happier in a group setting, an Introduction to Developing Your Career is a small group seminar which focuses on methods to help you make that next career move. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed – we want this to be an enjoyable experience – but will challenge you into thinking about the best way forward and how to make some progress along that route.

Individual Coaching

I am a trained coach and have worked with staff on a one to one level for many years. I believe in building a trusting relationship and developing an environment where individuals have time to explore and understand the issues affecting them and therefore bring about change.
